10 makeup tips for flawless makeup
Sometimes we make mistakes in our daily beauty routine without realizing it; these mistakes jeopardize the success and durability of good make-up.
Let‘s see what the key tips are to getting a flawless makeup:
First of all, we carefully choose the brushes , an indispensable tool for obtaining perfect make-up . The must-have brushes are only 3 or 4, and the one for the foundation must be flat with a cat’s tongue (an alternative can be the sponge), but never use your fingers! For the powder, both the down jacket and a large brush are fine; an eye blending brush with soft bristles; a blush brush that is smaller than the blush brush and can be angled.
-Clinically choose the color of the foundation : it must be tested on the chin as the color of the product must blend with our complexion; it must not be lighter or darker . The make-up base is very important to obtaining brightness and a perfect complexion.
-spread the eye corrector AFTER the foundation : the foundation should be passed gently even over the eye contour, and therefore it will already lightly cover dark circles and bags; then spread the corrector, preferably slightly orange for purple or blue dark circles, in the dark area and on the bone near the nose . This way, we will have perfect coverage.
-Never forget the face powder : after foundation and concealer, a pass of face powder (available in both pressed and loose powder, in various colors or transparent) is essential to have an opaque face, without shiny areas and well fixed .
-The eyebrows are very important to open and define the gaze : they must start from the inner corner of the eye, have the highest point in correspondence with the pupil (therefore about 3/4 of the eye) and end in the diagonal, starting from the nose and reaching the outer corner of the eye. Let us ask the beautician to help us in case they come out of the perfect outline to redefine the line , a very important step to having the correct line; finally underline them with an eyebrow pencil of the right color or with an eyebrow eye shadow for a more natural effect.
The eye primer : if the eye make-up wears off quickly or unsightly lines form (especially if you use eye shadows), I recommend applying an eye primer before the powder. It evens out the skin of the eyes and fixes the products that are applied later. A drop is enough, very little product, and your eye makeup will last all day without smudging!
For those who love eyeliner but have difficulty applying it : first apply a thin guideline with an eye pencil while staying very close to the lashes. It will help us to have a trace already drawn and to make fewer mistakes!
-mascara, application and choice of product : it should be applied starting from the root to the tip of the lashes with a zig-zag movement, keeping the chin up in front of the mirror and looking downwards. Let’s choose it for lengthening in the case of short lashes or volumizing if we want to thicken them.
The blush should be applied on the cheekbone , then on the bone, starting from the attachment of the ear with an 8 or rotary movement towards the middle of the cheek (never go further …)
-the lip pencil should be chosen in nuance with the lipstick , better if we blend it towards the inside of the lips after drawing the outline. This trick helps to fix the lipstick and to blend the lip contour with the color of the lipstick without creating detachments.
